Artisan Group recognizes the importance of long-term working relationships and therefore each client is assigned an account manager who will solely deal with their recruitment needs to ensure their requirements are delivered efficiently but always to the highest standard. This straight forward hands on approach is the proof of our successful business today and has enabled us to keep hold a list of clientele that dates back to our earliest days, as well as growing day by day through word of mouth and client recommendations.
We know that the world is changing, and your time is precious. We understand that it isn’t always possible to work the standard 9-5, so all of our consultants offer a 24-7 on call service to their clients to ensure their needs are always fulfilled.
Candidates
Artisan Group finds work for candidates on a temporary, contract and permanent basis. We offer a tailored, discreet and expert service delivered by our team of highly experienced consultants and resource specialists.We have a wide variety of positions available ranging from trades and labour up to senior management and director level whether that be with a well established larger construction company or a smaller sub-contractor. What ever your preference may be, we will dedicate our time and work closely with you to ensure we are finding you a position that you can feel comfortable in and develop your expertise. You can also feel at ease that our resourcers will offer a 24/7 on call service as we understand if it not always possible to speak during your current working day.

This is backed up by our finance and admin team who process timesheets, make sure everyone is paid in a timely manner, and most importantly keep us all safely compliant with HMRC for peace of mind.
